Come work as a Nurse Practitioner with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! Join an interdisciplinary Adult Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) team providing community-based care to adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health, substance use, and concurrent disorders. Working within a neighbourhood-based team model, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine physicians, nurses, social workers, counsellors, occupational therapists, peer support workers, and other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centred care.
