Nurse Practitioner – Complex Care Housing (Part-Time)

Wage: $54.34 per hour, 17.5 hours per week

Reports to: CCH (Complex Care House) Coordinator

In accordance with the established vision and values of FRAFCA and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, performs assessments, plans, implements and provides personal and nursing care to patients/residents/clients.
