Reporting to the Area/Care Manager, the Occupational Therapist - Self-Managed Care (SMC) Clinical Lead position is an in-scope leadership role responsible for supporting clinical staff and management in Self-Managed care clinical practice and client care areas within the Home Care Program.

• Respond to clinical questions, provide consultation and mentorship.
• Serve as a resource to all IHC staff.
• Deliver SMC orientation and education.
• Communicate appropriate clinical, financial or client issues to management.

Description

As an Occupational Therapist II, you will coordinate occupational therapy and other allied health clinical services within a program or service area. You will provide supervision of students and team members as assigned.
