Job Description

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processing
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support daily accounting and bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile invoices, statements, and supporting documentation
  • Assist with filing, record management, and administrative projects
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word
  • Provide general administrative support to the Controller and Head Office team
  • Help ensure financial information is entered accurately and on time

Qualifications

  • Previous office administration or accounting experience
  • Experience working with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
