Qualifications
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processing
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support daily accounting and bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile invoices, statements, and supporting documentation
- Assist with filing, record management, and administrative projects
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word
- Provide general administrative support to the Controller and Head Office team
- Help ensure financial information is entered accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Previous office administration or accounting experience
- Experience working with QuickBooks Online
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
