Job Summary 

The Officer, Accounts Payable is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable, processing and recording of university expenses. The Officer completes payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. The incumbent prepares and monitors Accounts Payable documentation, and performs various reconciliations.

The Officer analyzes expense reports and invoices to ensure payments are assigned to the proper cost accounts, and works with vendors to resolve past due invoices and monthly statements.
