Onboard Guest Services Specialist

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Guest Services Officer in Chile, Región Metropolitana de Santiago. The role requires a friendly and passionate individual who can resolve guest issues effectively while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages like Spanish and French being beneficial. Must be willing to work onboard for 5-6 months.
