OPEN: Head of Electrification Solutions (Toronto)

The Head of Electrification Solutions will oversee the development of major electrical projects from concept up to execution. As a key player on the management team, you are responsible for leading a team that develops energy solutions for large business and institutional customers, including electric vehicle charging, battery storage, solar PV, and power generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of early‑stage project concepts, cost estimation, and proposal development based on client needs and site conditions.
• Provide support to the commercial sales team on outreach and assist with sales efforts.
• Work with clients to develop electric vehicle adoption roadmaps, oversee and manage engineering and technical analysis, including management of consultants, advisors, and coordination with clients and external agencies.
