Operational Plant Manager (Ramos Arizpe)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field. (verifiable Title and ID)
• Proven experience in chemical process engineering and manufacturing in a similar role. Previous experience with handling diluted hydrogen peroxide and acrylic acid is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies in chemical processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office and process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations, such as ISO standards, in chemical manufacturing.
