• Recruit CDL drivers
• Build relationships with brokers and customers
• Follow up on leads and contracts
• Schedule repairs, tires, roadside assistance, and maintenance
• Manage paperwork and company records
• Support daily business operations
• Help solve problems and keep the business running smoothly
