Lean, 5S, Kaizen), to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize productivity; Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as yield, waste, downtime, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); Directly supervise production heads and staff, participating in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and talent development; Implement and enforce robust quality control procedures and health and safety regulations.
