Operational Manager – Manufacturing

Location: Brampton, ON L6W 3N3 (On site)

Salary: $33.65 - $38.65 per hour (to be negotiated) / 30 hours per week. Permanent, Full-time employment. Shift options: Morning, Day, Evening.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machines.
• Direct quality control inspections.
• Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
