DEPARTMENT INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS
Role As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for hands‑on leadership of employees during their assigned time‑period/shift, supervise operations in the different machines of the production processes, coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities and look for opportunities of process improvements.
Responsibilities
Ensures the application of health, safety and environment standards and practices. Report any incident or observation, perform inspections, participate in the investigation process, implement preventive/corrective actions, and keep the risk analysis and environmental aspect assessment updated.
Responsible for performance management of direct reports by consistently applying the CBA and annual performance reviews.
