About your role

Juniper Square is building a new operations team to support our growing suite of AI-powered products. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring those products deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes for our customers.

This is a detail‑intensive, process-driven role. You will be responsible for backfilling historical data and documents into our platforms, and for processing and reviewing AI-assisted outputs across multiple product workflows. Our products use AI to generate and structure content and your role is to work within those workflows, applying careful review and sound judgment to ensure every output meets the quality bar our customers depend on. Human oversight is a core part of how our products are designed to work.
