About the Role

The Aggregates & Asphalt Operations Supervisor in Vancouver Island is responsible for safety, operational performance, and commercial results of aggregate and asphalt operations across Vancouver Island. The role drives operational excellence to achieve production targets, budgets, and KPI objectives while overseeing CAPEX, equipment fleet, reserve development, and cross‑functional coordination. The supervisor plays a key role in building organizational capacity through leadership, coaching, and execution of strategic initiatives, supporting sales strategy and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
