Take charge of operational efficiency at QuadReal as an Operations Supervisor in Toronto. Your expertise will be pivotal in overseeing Life Safety systems and Building Control Centre operations.
In this role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage and lead day-to-day building operations for the Commerce Court complex. Your responsibilities include ensuring reliable performance of critical building systems and providing operational support across multiple office towers and retail areas. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with Fire & Life Safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the Building Control Centre
