Use lift truck equipment and attachments (slip-sheet, carton clamp, drum clamp, appliance clamp, etc) to off load marine container cargo
Assist in manual cargo handling as required
Convey off-loaded cargo into warehouse storage and stage for CBSA Border Service Officer (BSO) examination
Assists BSO’s with conducting the examination of cargo by lifting, sorting and opening packaging as request
Stage cargo for reloading and assist manual cargo handlers as required.
Timely and accurate completion of cargo handling reports, variances reports and hold/detention reports
Health and Safety compliance in accordance with federal and provincial regulations and company policies
