Description
Shape board governance initiatives as a Board Governance Specialist with OTPP. Play a key role in board processes, member education, and governance compliance in a hybrid environment.
As a key resource reporting to the Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will assist with the administration of board and committee activities, including minutes and policy documents. Your expertise in governance practices will support both Board Members and the Executive Leadership Team, enhancing overall board effectiveness through structured initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prepare materials for board committees
• Facilitate Board Education and Orientation programs
• Develop effective governance policies and practices
• Handle communication and inquiries for the Board Secretariat
• Maintain up-to-date governance documentation

• Bachelor's degree or relevant education
