Outbound SDR & Appointment Setter — Real Leads, Commissions

Upcision is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Colombia. In this role, you'll engage decision-makers, establish targeted conversations, and generate sales-qualified leads for our clients, ranging from SMB to Fortune 500.

Your daily routine will involve making 200 to 250 dials, focusing on meaningful connections rather than cold calls. Upcision offers a competitive base salary along with uncapped commissions, providing a real opportunity for advancement to an Account Executive within 6 to 9 months.
