Maintenance Supervisor / Inspection Coordinator

Employment: Full‑time, Permanent.

Oversee contractors who perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.

Qualifications:

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Assist in supervising construction projects.

Hourly Rate: CA$28.00.
