Packaging Technical Service Advisor
Description
As a Packaging Technical Service Advisor, you will ensure the good performance of the products supplied by PPG in the Customer's production lines, coordinating the Continuous Improvement Programs for problem solving.
You will report to the Technical Service Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify the correct process parameters to advise the customer on the good performance of the supplied products, as in tests.
- Perform process audits.
- Provide advice for the solution of problems, complaints and claims from the Customer and establish action plans.
- Implement improvement projects.
- Propose new products to customers to increase sales participation.
- Propose ideas to improve business profitability.
- Train customers to have a high performance of the products.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- + 2 years of experience in coatings for metallic packaging.
