Paediatric Haematologist/Oncologist, Blood & Marrow Transplant/Cellular Therapy (Toronto)

Position Description

Effective October 1, 2026, the Division of Haematology/Oncology, Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy (BMT/CT) Section, within the Department of Paediatrics at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), 555 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, is recruiting a permanent full‑time Paediatric Haematology/Oncologist.

The BMT/CT program at SickKids is one of the largest paediatric transplant and cellular therapy programmes in North America. The programme is FACT‑accredited and includes a 17‑bed dedicated inpatient unit. Approximately 120 to 130 transplants and cellular therapy procedures are performed annually for children referred from across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. Clinical services include transplantation and cell‑based therapies for malignancies, immunodeficiencies, bone‑marrow‑failure syndromes, metabolic disorders, autoimmune diseases, and haemoglobinopathies.
