Part-Time Academic (BUSI 6993: Leading in Complexity) - Fall 2026

A qualified Part-Time Academic is needed to teach the following course from Sep 8th to Oct 16th, 2026. Class is delivered online in the Fall semester on Thursdays from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm (approximately). The course is delivered intensively over a six-week period and is offered fully online, with synchronous (live) sessions in Microsoft Teams and asynchronous materials hosted on Brightspace. This is an MBA elective open to Faculty of Management graduate students across program streams.

This course offers students the key theories and practices of Organizational Complexity and gives them an understanding of the principles used to develop and move forward leadership initiatives in today’s complex organizations.
