  General Position Description 
 Working alongside a team of pastors, the Pastor of Preteens and Youth Ministries will focus on four major areas:
 Discipleship of preteens and youth (grades 5-).
 Development of lay leadership and volunteer teams.
 Partnership with parents and guardians.
 Outreach to our unchurched, neighbouring preteens and youth.
