Description

Location: Hermosillo, Sonora 
Modality: On-site 
Salary: MXN 20,000 gross monthly + performance bonus 
What you’ll do Review assigned accounts and analyze balances, histories, and billing schedules 
Identify payoff opportunities and calculate approved offers 
Explain payoff options and negotiate agreements with clients 
Coordinate account updates and closeout actions with billing 
Requirements to apply 2+ years of experience in Finance, Billing, or Accounts Receivable 
Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and filtering 
Full bilingual English and Spanish 
Strong communication and negotiation skills
