Description

Job Title: Payroll ClerkJob SummaryProcess bi-weekly payrolls accurately and on time, prepare reports & remittances, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with HR department, supervisors & management as required. Responsibilities
  • Preparation and balancing of bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees in accordance with deadlines. 
  • Process changes in bonus payments (QB/PI).
  • Review quality bonus data for production employees and work with supervisors to correct any discrepancies.
  • Monitor schedules and timesheets and work with supervisors and managers to address missing hours. 
  • Process employee payroll deductions and reimbursements. 
  • Preparation of reports and payroll-initiated remittances. 
  • Assist employees with payroll inquiries, including paystubs and T4s. 
  • Keep detailed records to support audit requests.
