Payroll Manager

We are looking for a talented Payroll Manager to join our Finance Operations team in Israel! You will be a part of the global Payroll org managing the Israel payroll process and act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for all payroll-related matters. In addition, you will lead integration and automation projects for our payroll function. We are looking for a strong operational leader that has a strong background in payroll operations, country regulations and compliance, and process improvement.

**What you'll be doing - List the main and most interesting responsibilities of the role.**

+ Ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for Israel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This includes working with a team of specialists in processing payroll transactions such as new hires, leave of absences, RSU equity, terminations, employee changes and wage garnishments.
