This role is responsible for delivering accurate, full-cycle payroll support for a large employee population and requires someone who can navigate detailed pay scenarios with confidence. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete payroll cycle for approximately 500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate pay for both salaried and hourly staff.
• Administer payroll for union and non-union employee groups while applying applicable pay rules, deductions, and earnings correctly.
• Resolve detailed compensation scenarios, including adjusted pay calculations, supplemental assignments, and time-related payment entries.
