Resolve the daily technical issues reported by end users in the company Make effective use of ticketing system to record, track, and follow-up on open incidents and ensure resolution is set within the SLA’s Troubleshoot problems with laptops, desktops and other equipment and perform hardware replacements or upgrades as needed Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications, Email, and custom Manitoulin applications and portals Provide training on new and existing applications as required Working with the Infrastructure group when required Create how-to documentation to assist people with various computer tasks Assist with or lead team initiatives Physically install and deploy new equipment as required Be available for flexible hours when required Scheduled to work on-call Maintain asset and system records This is an ...
