Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Global Contact Center Platform / ScotiaTech in Bogota ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Automated all new/maintenance flows that CCP delivery as improve to this application.
- Assist the lead and/or to develop and provide high quality deliverables during all the phases of the CCP project, from participation in requirement gathering, design and implementation to post release support.
