What is the Opportunity?
The Pension & Benefits Administrator supports the effective administration of benefits and retirement programs across the U.S. and global regions. Working closely with HR, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits teams, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of benefits processes in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The position offers exposure to complex benefits programs, system integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration while contributing to a consistent and positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do Here:
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefits, retirement and compliance programs in United States and worldwide including multiple HSA/FSA and 401k plans.
