Responsibilities

Work independently with your law clerk to prosecute all plaintiffs cases in a timely manner and to achieve a fair, reasonable, and timely resolution.

Meet with clients and build cases from inception/pre‑litigation through to discovery, mediation, pre‑trial, and trial. Collaborate with other associate lawyers and firm owners on case development and strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Post Call experience
• Experience preferred: Plaintiff Personal Injury / Insurance Defense

Hybrid role (3 days in‑office). Expected salary range: $120,000 to $160,000. This is a recent position for the firm.
