Role Overview

Full Stack Senior Developer 80% Back-end / 20% Front‑end – Permanent. The candidate will integrate the Enable team, responsible for the technical evolution of high‑criticality business platforms, focusing on performance, high availability, system resilience, cost efficiency (FinOps) and Web3/NFT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Full‑stack development with React (front) and Node.js or Python (back‑end) on end‑to‑end critical features.
• Identify and eliminate throughput, latency, and availability bottlenecks; propose and implement optimizations.
• Develop and evolve technical stories around digital assets, smart contracts, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Apply FinOps‑oriented architecture decisions to maximize cloud cost efficiency.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid‑level developers.
