Pest Control Technician – Route Based, Kingston, ON

Responsibilities

• Inspect the interior and exterior of properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.
• Prepare and apply products on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers, and set traps according to regulatory guidelines.
• Offer recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations.
• Operate company truck and maintain service equipment.
• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
• Identify and engage customers for additional service offerings that add value.
• Study preliminary reports of infested areas and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
• Ensure all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.
