Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy Services (Northern Zone, Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee drug distribution systems for inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Supervise pharmacy support staff and identify and resolve drug‑related problems.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including drug regimen review, medication reconciliation, pharmacokinetic monitoring, patient education (individual and group), drug information and educational programs.
• Participate in selected medical services, medical rounds, and provide discharge medication calendars and counseling to patients.
• Make therapeutic recommendations to the medical team.
• Orient and train Pharmacy Students and other hospital personnel as required.

Qualifications
