Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ground school lectures,
  • Deliver FTD lessons, and
  • Carry out maintenance test flights as required.

    • Qualifications

  • Licence:TC Commercial Pilot’s Licence;Foreign Commercial Pilot’s Licence;current/former RCAF helicopter pilot; orcurrent/former foreign military qualification;
  • B and/or B endorsement are an asset;
  • Multi-engine rotary-wing experience an asset;
  • Able to obtain a TC medical for flying positions (non-flying positions do not require a TC medical);
  • TC Instructor Rating;This requirement is waived for former RCAF pilots and foreign military instructors in certain specific circumstances:
  • TC Class IV Instrument Rating and Night Vision Goggle experience preferable;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, French language skills an asset;
