Pioneer Territory Manager is responsible for leading and managing a defined group of independent Sales Agencies focused on the Pioneer seed brand in East Central Ontario, Canada . This role requires a dynamic leader who can build and execute a strategic growth plan, develop and coach a high‑performing sales team, and foster strong relationships with customers and Pioneer Agents.
