Overview and Key Functions

We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor. The idóneo candidate will have experience in dispatch management, costs and personnel management. The Dispatch Supervisor, based in Bogotá (Colombia), will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring and delivering orders in a timely manner, in full compliance with the delivery conditions agreed with the customer at national and international level and in line with the company's distribution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the dispatch of finished products.
• Control the dispatch of finished products in accordance with what has been authorised by the portfolio and sales departments.
• Ensure that finished products are dispatched in optimal conditions.
• Support the purchasing department in the daily management of transport services and vehicle escort services.
• Record freight negotiated with carriers in the SICETAC module.
