PLANT FINANCE MANAGER (QUERETARO SITE)

Abbott is building a manufacturing facility in Querétaro, Mexico, focusing on electrophysiology technology. The plant finance manager will oversee cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational support within the site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all functions of the managerial cost accounting section: budgets, manufacturing product costing, manufacturing variance analysis (direct labor, material, overhead), inventory reconciliations, forecasting and projections.
• Coordinate timely and accurate preparation of monthly statements, quarterly schedules, year‑end packages, and reviews with the Site Controller.
• Provide manufacturing performance reports daily, weekly or monthly, including variance analyses and explanations of yields, scrap, rework.
• Analyze inventory balances and perform account reconciliations as assigned.
