As the Plant Maintenance Manager, you will oversee activities and staff to maintain efficient equipment operation at Waste Management’s newest Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Edmonton, AB.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Ensure equipment is repaired and returned to service safely and promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain CMMS data, parts inventory, and maintenance records.
