Plant Performance Leader — Lean & Operational Excellence

Ferrero is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join their Hazelnut Company Chile team in Talca. This role is essential to drive performance improvements through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering and demonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, along with fluency in both Spanish and English.
