Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for their Hazelnut Company Chile operations. This role involves driving plant performance through the implementation of Ferrero's Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

You will collaborate across functions, oversee cross-functional projects, and support financial planning. A bachelor's degree in Engineering and extensive experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing are essential for this position.
