Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for our Hazelnut Company Chile team. You will drive performance improvements through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. Collaboration with Plant Managers and overseeing cross-functional projects is key to this role.
