Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for their Hazelnut Company Chile team in Vitacura. This role focuses on driving plant performance through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, ensure effective execution of operational priorities, and support budget planning.

Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, and be fluent in Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
