Position: Kitchen Expeditor
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control kitchen ticket flow (FIFO system)
- Coordinate between Indian/Chinese, Continental, Pizza, and BBQ/Fry sections
- Ensure complete orders leave the kitchen together
- Maintain communication between kitchen and service staff
- Monitor preparation timing and reduce delays
- Maintain discipline and organization during peak hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Strong understanding of multi-section kitchen coordination
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in expediting or supervising kitchen operations preferred
