Powdercoater/Sandblaster

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform sandblasting of parts and components to required surface standards
• Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications and quality requirements
• Ensure proper surface preparation prior to coating (cleaning, masking, etc.)
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
• Maintain and operate sandblasting and powder coating equipment
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
• Organize and track parts throughout the coating process
• Ensure finished parts are properly packaged for shipment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 12 years experience in powder coating and/or sandblasting preferred
• Knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques
