Power BI Developer / Senior BI & Analytics Analyst

We’re looking for a Power BI Developer / Senior BI & Analytics Analyst to join a leading team in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.

Location: Hybrid (remote + 2 days/week onsite – Montreal or Mississauga). Duration: 6‑month contract. Start date: ASAP. Team: BI & Analytics.

Your role

You will play a key role in building high‑impact analytics solutions that drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports (DAX, data modeling)
• Translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
• Optimize data models and SQL queries
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance
• Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment
• Contribute to BI best practices and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior team members
