FYidoctors Guelph clinic is seeking a Practice Coach to join our team as a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position. The clinic is open Monday to Friday. In this role you’ll drive operational excellence, empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance patient lives in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

• Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and align with company strategy, goals, and values.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge.
