    • Job description

  • Manage end-to-end statutory financial reporting for assigned LATAM entities;
  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements under US GAAP and LATAM GAAP and local country-specific requirements;
  • Oversight of transactional processing performed by shared service organizations (SSO);
  • Review and approve monthly reconciliations in Blackline for assigned G/L account;
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate income tax, GST/VAT, and withholding tax filing;
  • Liaise with external tax consultants and internal tax teams;
  • Perform internal control checks and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX frameworks;
  • Partner with regional and global finance teams;
  • Act as key finance contact for auditors, tax advisors, and service providers;
