Drive learning excellence at Doane Grant Thornton as a Principal in Technical Learning and Engagement. Your role will focus on developing and delivering strategic learning initiatives supporting business outcomes.

Working alongside the National Managing Partner and service line leaders, you will oversee the crafting of effective learning strategies tailored to the needs of External Client Services. This includes managing projects, prioritizing skills development, and ensuring that learning measures are impactful and aligned with firm goals.

• Oversee development of the Technical Learning Strategy for ECS
• Assess and prioritize learning needs by practice and role
• Collaborate with Learning & Development on training modalities
