Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal/Vice Principal to lead the Junior College toward academic excellence while ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and sustainable institutional growth. The Principal will oversee academic performance, administration, financial planning, admissions growth, and marketing expenditure management to ensure overall institutional success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership & Implementation

Lead the effective implementation of the State Board curriculum for Grades 11th & 12th with structured integration of JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, CA Foundation, and CS Foundation programs. Ensure measurable academic outcomes through syllabus tracking, performance analytics, academic audits, faculty evaluations, training initiatives, and strong Board and competitive exam results.
